Do we have to register for the program? How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

To participate in the program and access the workouts and materials, you are required to be either an Amway™ Independent Business Owner or a Registered Customer. There is no registration required for the program itself or any subscription fees to access the added value we offer. This program has also been designed to be flexible enough that you can participate individually or as part of your own community. Knowing the value of community, we encourage you to bring your team together and embark on this fitness journey together. To get started, please thoroughly review the guidebook of the program you are partaking in and the following steps below:

o Ensure you have ordered the XS™ Stack that pairs with the program you are participating in. 
o Carefully go through the recommended preliminary steps (setting goals, micro-habits, baseline and forming community).
o Establish a diet plan that works for you using the helpful tips and recommendations in the guidebook. 
o Decide on the workout plan that you will participate in.
o Understand the products and when to take them.
o Kick it off and have fun! 
o Track your progress along the way.

Question 2

Is there a specific meal plan and/or a list of groceries for the meal plan that we should follow?

Accepted Answer

The diet plan* of the XS Fitness program is meant to be a guide and stops short of being a prescriptive meal plan due to the uniqueness of everyone’s personal dietary restrictions and/or preferences. We focused on curation of macros, tips and recommendations to assist people in eating the right nutrients throughout the program to support achieving their fitness goal. Each fitness guidebook provides tips and examples of recommended foods along with the best times to eat.

*The diet plan for the Toning, Muscle Gains and Peak Performance Fitness Programs were calculated based on someone that weighs 175 lbs on a moderate/intermediate intensity workout as described on page 4 of the guidebook and based on The Renaissance Diet 2.0 by Mike Israetel. The Burn Fitness Program diet plan was specifically created by Amelia Miller, PA-C and NASM Certified Nutritionist.

Is there a product bundle for the program? If so, how do I purchase it?

Yes, there is an XS Stack recommended for each XS Fitness Program. You can purchase these from your Amway Independent Business Owner or on the Amway website directly. You can also find the XS Stacks in each of the program’s landing page where you will be directed to the XS Stack’s landing page on Amway.com.

How do I get invited to the private Facebook®† group?

We encourage our business owners to create a Facebook®† group to incorporate their community that is participating in the program. Community is important for motivation, discussions, inspiration, and much more! We recommend that you stay connected with your coach (Upline) in case you have questions or need tips on the program.

In this group, the XS team will lead participants who want to join, through various 30-day fitness challenges and help them to prepare, stay motivated, and inspire greatness! This group is also intended to be an amazing community to lift each other up in our ongoing fitness journeys - come be a part of something epic!

Is there an option to track workouts or count and control calories?

There are many fitness tracking apps to choose from and we recommend you check them out in your phone’s app store. A few apps we recommend are MyFitnessPal®†, Apple Health®† and Google Fit®†. Fitness trackers, whether on your phone or wearable device, are great support tools that easily align with any XS Fitness Program. You can use them to track your fitness progress, calories, water intake and more.

Question 6

What is the best way to contact our XS Coach if we do not have a Facebook®† account?

The individual that invited you to join the program is your XS Fit Coach and we highly recommend you stay in touch with them throughout the program to stay on track. This can be done via the preferred method of the coach (i.e., phone, email, etc.).

How do I become a XS Fit Coach?

Becoming an XS Fit Coach is available to all Amway Independent Business Owners – if in need of access, please submit a form (https://www.xsfitnessprogram.com/coachsignup-english)on the XS Fitness website to confirm you are a registered IBO and we will provide you access with a password.

Who is my XS Fit Coach?

Accepted Answer

Your XS Fit Coach is the IBO or Upline that attracted you to participate in this program.
